Alt+0 ~ Alt+9 key combinations were used to send keyboard macros in SecureToken and Token2 Plus (now retired products). If you you're looking for that function in Token2Shell, it's no longer supported in Token2Shell. In Token2Shell, macros are executed through Macro pane window (Alt+M).
If you're looking for a way to send [META] key combinations that some Unix/Linux applications are using, you should be able to mimic that key combinations by using key. For example, if your Unix application requires "[META]+1", press and then "1" key (each key needs to be pressed separately).
