Programs from Far, Far Away!

Charlie Ann enables Windows Phone 7 users to interact with the programs running on a remote desktop computer. Unlike traditional remote desktop software, it focuses on individual program and uses Web server like connections to minimize data traffics and computing resources. It can also be used as a pointing device for presentations and other similar tasks.

NOTES

Charlie Ann is *not* an RDP (remote desktop) or VNC client. It focuses on a single program of your choosing and delivers its snapshot. A snapshot is only taken when you initiate a command (ex. tapping, text input and etc.). This behavior is effective for programs with static content such as PDF viewer and appointment manager. Such behavior also minimizes phone battery drain and data usage since it doesn't constantly checking the server for changes.
